Thank you for your prayers. It is great to be home for a week. The grace and hospitality of our hosts in Egypt was incredible. We met men and women committed to finding lasting solutions in the war against drugs. Doctors, workers, pastors & counselors all gathered to examine the faith-based model of TC with open hearts and minds.

As I have returned home, Cathy and I are preparing to leave next week for an important mission from Lagos and across Nigeria, climaxing with a TC Nigeria National choir and ministry at Peniel, the Nigeria General Council of the Assemblies of God. This whirlwind mission will carry us to 7 cities and a projected 32 meetings in 24 days. Following this, Cathy will come home for Thanksgiving. I will continue to Kenya as I join Mission SOS and Kenya TC for ministry to the Maasai in Kilgoris.

TC TRAINING FOR MIRACLES - HOPE REVOLUTION
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Honored to Partner with powerful pioneers of HOPE
It was an incredible blessing to visit Egypt. Everyone we met greeted us with wonderful hospitality and welcoming heart. The most populous country in the Arab World (3rd most populous on the African continent), about 95% of the country's 97 million people live along the banks of the Nile and in the Nile Delta, that fans out north of Cairo; and along the Suez Canal. Egypt has a rich culture that combines the deeply rooted traditions of an ancient civilization and “Egyptianized” customs of other cultures. Although the Giza Pyramids are one of the seven Wonders of the World, there is much more to Egypt than pyramids. They are an amazing people. These incredible meetings and training sessions were arranged by Dr. Ehab El Kharrat and his team.
Egypt is actively engaged in the war on drugs. Despite the fact that they officially recognize 3.5 million addicts, many suggest there may be more. The partnership of science and faith is opening doors to set the captives free. Dr Ehab has been a pioneer between the faith community and science as they explore cutting edge strategies to battle addiction in Egypt. Dr Nomdoe continues to share his cutting edge training on HOPE REVOLUTION.
It was a real honor to teach alongside a tremendous leader, Dr. Ehab, as well as Dr. Jacobus Namdoe-GTC Africa Regional Director, and my dear friend, Tom Bremer-Europe GTC director. The amazing cross-section of the medical, religious , orthodox, pentecostal, and passionate care-givers provided a rich and rewarding dialogue. From the Southern tip of Africa, the Western Cape, to Egypt in the north, Dr Nomdoe and Dr. Ehab El Kharrat have linked 2 great streams of recovery and transformation.
In an interesting exchange during the training, 4 doctors stood up to say, "We appreciate what you have to say about TC, but where is the science?
I was so glad that Dr. Ehab was there to provide scientific context for their insightful question. As my next session began, they turned their attention and asked me, "Where is the SCIENCE?"
All I could answer was ...
"I am not a scientist. I am a man of faith, but for me -- the science is in the success.
There are so many incredible people who served us so faithfully and worked so diligently. I wish I could recognize them, post pictures and share names, but for security and safety reasons, we know our thanks and grateful hearts will have to be enough. This amazing emerging partnership between Freedom Ministries, TC Community, and GTC Africa is a strategic opportunity to engage another 1000 beds of faith-based care
BREAKING CHAINS OF ADDICTION
On the street, in recovery houses, 12-step programs, or TC Community, we saw lives changed. Since Egypt is a "gateway nation" we had the opportunity to share with students from across the Middle East- Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, and Yeman.
Putting Hope Within Reach.
  Wherever I went, I was granted incredible freedom to share the testimony of what had happened in my live. My great concern for so many of the men in these programs was that they were more focused on fear of relapse, than vision for their future.
I was able to share the name of the higher power that set me free.
OFF TO NIGERIA
This will be my third trip to Nigeria and we see incredible growth. David Omh, a graduate of Teen Challenge in the USA and a visionary leader, left a comfortable ministry position here in the United States. With the heart of Nehemiah, he returned to his native land to help rebuild the walls in the lives of his friends he had left behind. God is using him powerfully in Nigeria.
I first met and ministered to David Omih at Brooklyn Teen Challenge as we prayed and strategized about his return to Nigeria. I visited him there in 2013 at Bro. Wilkerson's request. In October 2013, I returned with an incredible graduate team from Brooklyn TC and BTCMI. Since David returned and pioneered the Jos Center, Teen Challenge is exploding with new centers planted in Nigeria nearly every year.
We will be on the streets, doing Pastors' conferences, in schools and churches. We are looking forward to a powerful time of ministry.
We have TC leaders in 6 major cities coordinating outreach across Nigeria. The mission will climax with ministry at the Assemblies of God General Council in Enugu. Cathy and I will present a National Choir of Teen Challenge students and graduates and I will have an opportunity to minister the Word along with our vision for Teen Challenge in Nigeria. Join with us to pray that God will move, lives will be touched and this will help to take Teen Challenge to a new level.
WHAT IS IN YOUR HAND?
GENERATION Z
Along with the ministry we did in recovery homes, TC Community and twelve-step programs, one of the highlights of my visit was a "prevention" meeting at TC Community.
Egypt is widely recognized as a strategic gateway to the Middle East. As significant as that gateway is geopolitically, working with these amazing young people and seeing them raising up a voice that is free of addiction, full of hope and promise is extremely important. The opportunity to pray with 25 of them who wanted to make a difference in their nation was an incredible blessing.
Kilgoris Kenya
When we finish in Nigeria, we will head to TC Kenya for Spiritual Impact in Nakuru and Nairobi. We will also join Johannes Amritzer and MISSION SOS for ministry to the Maasai. Lucas will bring a team from Kenya TC and Eneah Banda from Malawi will join us
We are praying for specific breakthroughs and against tradition and the powers of darkness.
But he said to them, "you give them something to eat. And they said, "we have no more than five loaves and two fish, unless perhaps we go and buy food for all these people
Luke 9:13
When God sends us on a mission, we seldom have what we want, but --when God sends us---we always have what we need. That is the mystery and the miracle of submission to God. It is not based on our understanding but on our obedience
China Inland Mission founder Hudson Taylor famously said, “God’s work, done God’s way, will never lack God’s supply.” I often hear that quote spoken in the context of God’s financial provision. He did not say it will never lack God’s finances … it will never lack God’s supply.
In Luke, the disciples face an impossible situation. 5000 hungry people and not a McDonald’s in sight. Think about it, the crowd was too huge, the finances were too small, the need was too great.
God’s work, done God’s way, will never lack God’s supply.”
As they discussed finances, they likely looked at Judas, who reminded them,”Chick-fil-A is closed on Sabbath.”But God does his greatest work in incomplete people, facing the impossible.
As John tells the story, he recalls Andrew saying “Here is a lad with five barley loaves and two fish.” It may not have been a statement of faith. It may well have been sarcasm. Despite his attitude, never forget--my lack, placed in Jesus’s hands, is still God’s provision.
I’m sure that when that boy’s mom packed his lunch that morning, she wasn’t considering if she had packed enough to feed 5000 people. She did what she needed to do. He offered what he had to give. In the hands of Jesus it became a miracle as the disciples distributed the bread. How wonderful to watch the brush of our magnificent God as He painted every miraculous detail of this masterpiece.
That is the great paradox of the supernatural. In my mind, I want God to give me 200 baskets of food to distribute and I will gladly work until the basket is empty. In God’s economy, HE gives us an empty basket and we give what we have until the basket is full.
After supper, it’s good to see that the disciples were environmentally conscious. They gathered up all of the leftover pieces (thank God for recycling) and there were 12 full baskets full. It’s amazing! Each empty basket was now full. Put all you have in the Master’s hands and do what the Master says. Watch what God does!
Whether it’s Moses in the desert being commanded to go to deliver Israel… When he said, “I can’t,” what was God’s answer?”
Exodus 4:2 - The LORD said to him, "What is that in your hand?" And he said, "A staff."
If, like Gideon, you are hiding in a cave, saying God I am too weak. God will likely call you a mighty man (or woman) of valor and send you into the battle with instructions “Go in this your strength-- deliver my people.” What was Gideon’s strength? His strength was his weakness.
TAKE AWAYS:
My lack, in Jesus’s hands, is God’s provision. GO!
God does his greatest work in incomplete people facing impossible circumstances. OBEY !
Has God told you to do something? Whether your have a loaf of bread, a stick or just your weakness, give it to Him. Don't wait until you have all that you want, just give God all that you have.  What is in YOUR hand?
As we are at work here, In Africa, the MISSION SOS and Lucas from TC Kenya are working hard on logistics for TC Leaders fro Africa to Join the SOS team We are praying for specific breakthroughs and against principlalites of tradition, and the powers of darkness.
We are focusing on the Maasai, a monotheistic people whose God is named Engai or Enkai. The Maasai are an indigenous ethnic group in Africa of semi-nomadic people settled in Kenya and northern Tanzania with a population estimated at 900,000. They are mostly known as warriors and for raising cattle. They believe all cattle in the world are owned by them, given by Engai.
Although the Kenyan and Tanzanian governments have established programs to encourage the Maasai to leave behind their traditional semi-nomadic lifestyle, the Maasai people have carried on their age-old customs. We are coming with GOOD NEWS.
38 Therefore beseech the Lord of the harvest to send
out workers into His harvest.”
