Doug and Anna Boyle were wonderful hosts along with Arman Kenzhebaev for the 15th Anniversary Celebration of Teen Challenge Kazakhstan. I love the fact that they have a world map on the front wall of their chapel. Now that they have piloted TCK to stability, a current focus is Global Vision and reaching addicts across Central Asia and the former Soviet Republics. |

Bro Don and Jesse shared powerfully into the vision to take the changed lives of trained graduates and invest them to change lives. The motto of TC Kazakhstan is Changed lives change lives. My translator, above, right was a real blessing as she handled the interpretation for the Chapel services when I shared with the students.

We had wonderful fellowship with Bro. Don Wilkerson and Jesse Owens and working with Madlena, Michelle, Aida with the tremendously talented Kazakhstan choir, I thoroughly enjoyed meeting the Central Asia Regional Director of the Australia Assemblies of God. He and I received our "wise men" caps together. What fun ...
I loved hearing him teach. He is an amazing man.

The theme of the conference is: Understanding This Generation.
Featured speakers will be: John Macey, a true Teen Challenge pioneer, with decades of ministry with TC in the UK, His powerful story is told in the book, Tough Love. Jerry Nance, President of Global TC will be a workshop teacher. Janelle Hallman is a special guest who will teach the counseling workshop on the theme: Same Sex Attractions, An Arabic-speaking pastor from Israel will teach a workshop: Ministering the Gospel in a Shame-Based Culture.

| Pray for us as Tom and other leaders will try to prepare a script for a new 4 minute Europe Video to use with exciting new doors that are opening with a transitioning position on Harm Reduction Policy in the European Union. We will try to get it done in the next 2 days before the conference. |

Doug Wever will lead the conference as Mike Zello dispatches responsibilities for a Light for the Lost Tour stateside. We are excited to provide training and develop emerging leaders across the continent of Africa. John and Annie Martin Executive directors of Kenya Teen Challenge will host leaders from Ghana, Liberia, Uganda, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Swaziland, South Africa, Nigeria, Seychelles, and Mauritius.
We will have six powerful days of Ministry, vision-casting teaching, encouragement, and prayer.
An exciting feature of this LTI is that we will host two street meeting in the slums of North Mathare to apply the lessons that are being taught and engage addicts where they live. Teaching duties will also be shared by Kevin Ward who will train on "LAUNCHING A TEEN CHALLENGE CENTER IN THE AFRICAN CONTEXT and Jacobus Nomdoe on EVANGELISM

1) Please pray for this exciting mission across 3 continents as we move on to Istanbul, Turkey, Rimini, Italy: Nairobi, , Kenya. Some countries are for ministry in music and the word, some will be video, but it is all for Jesus.
2) Pray for Liberia Teen Challenge. Charles Obieze has been doing a wonderful job there. They recently executed a memorandum of understanding with the Department of Health and are experiencing favor with the secular government as he continues his work to launch the new center. They are looking for a new office and face tremendous financial challenges.
3) Please pray for the Lausanne Council on World Evangelism USA In October and Mission Africa as we connect Global Resources and our Teen Challenge Centers in Africa for Evangelism.
4) Pray for workers for the Harvest ...Teen Challenge Centers in 86 countries need staff and we currently have invitations to start Teen Challenge in 43 nations. They are crying out for help. They need the power of God to meet a pressing social need... but we know it has a SPIRITUAL ROOT.
