Kenya/Tanzania.
I leave in just 6 days for Africa. I appreciate your prayers for the team, Dr Ron Kenoly, Jimmy Jack, leaders in Kenya and Tanzania and I. We have been working from 5 in the morning till well past midnight everyday since the wedding as we wrap up logistics. This has made it difficult to get this report out. While an e-mail about my daughter's wedding may not seem spiritual, you are our family, I had to show you my "baby" as she moves to the next step of her life. Our kids are the only gift we can take to heaven with us. This is our THANKSGIVING. |

Saturday July 25 dawned beautifully as we celebrated the union of our youngest daughter, Rebecca and Michael Stemen at our home church, Calvary Assembly of God. We have been so blessed that our princess has found her perfect prince. He passed the "Becky's three brothers" test. We rejoice that the Lord moved them to make this life covenant.
We bless them. We treasure Michael, the call of God on his life and his love for our baby girl.

God is so faithful. In the midst of one of my most stressful moments this week, I was in the office alone. The office phone was ringing, my cell was vibrating and SYKPE began to jingle as I juggled 2 IM's. I managed to process calls from Kenya, Tanzania, LITC and Mauritius. As my frustration built, I paused to pray. When I opened my Bible the Lord gave me this . . .
PSALM 46:10 Cease striving and know that I am God.
I will be exalted in the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.
As you battle your own deadlines today, whether business challenges, an angry boss, ministry problems or screaming kids, don't be afraid to pause, reflect on God's goodness and consider Ps 46:10. We do what we can, but in the end He does what only He can. It is all for His GLORY. I am not in control. HE IS. Keep working yes, but no striving! |

As we count down to Crusades in Kenya and Tanzania, we are grateful for your prayers for the meetings, and team logistics. Pete DiCroce was able to get the team on flights by routing them through Dubai. In Kenya,
the prayer team is praying and fasting Fri 31/7 – 2/8, 09 at East with further overnight prayers at Bahati on Friday 7th August 2009 for all the groups. Please pray for worship team rehearsals, printing, literature distribution and promotion and boldness. |

most populous city in East Africa, with a population of 3 million.
DAR ES SALAAM
(Arabic: دار السل House of Peace)
with a population 2.5 mil it is the largest and richest city Tanzania.
With huge slum areas, both will be the targets of the AUGUST crusades. |

Greeting in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. You
know Pakistan is going through critical situation. Especially Christian
minority is facing to much problems. Yesterday in village Gojra 60-70
houses of christian people and a church building is burnt by the
Muslims all the house holdes and their cattles are burnt. They have
hardly saved their lives. These poor families needs our prayers. please

1) Please pray for Rock the Block in Kenya and Tanzania. Pray for the indigenous committee leaders. musicians, dancers, and ministers of the word who will join Jimmy Jack and Dr. Ron Kenoly for this wonderful outreach Aug 16, Kamukunji Grounds, NAIROBI, Kenya and Aug 21-24, Jangwani, Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.
2) Pray for the team that was trained at Base Camp at Yuchi Teen Challenge in Seale Alabama that they carry the Christ centered spiritual dynamic, infused by the power of God to their centers as the return from the training.
3 Pray for Rev Jimmy Jack as he prepares to minister the word at the Crusades in Tanzania- Ron Kenoly for the ministry in Music, Kenya Teen Challenge Choir, Jazz and myself as we count down to miracles.
4) Pray for safety for the workers of Teen Challenge around the world and the ministry of Kenya Teen Challenge as well as preparations for the launch of the new center in Tanzania
5) Pray for workers for the Harvest ...Teen Challenge Centers in 86 countries need staff and we currently have invitations to start Teen Challenge in 43 nations. They are crying out for help. They need the power of God to meet a pressing social need... but we know it has a SPIRITUAL ROOT.
We offer SPIRITUAL RESOURCES to meet the need.
