Dear partners,
I bring to you greetings from the 32 Nations of Europe Teen Challenge from the ETC 40th Anniversary Celebration in Prague, Czech Republic. God is doing a powerful work in Europe. Though they do not face the same frontal opposition and persecution as some of our centers in communist and Muslim nations, they battle the creeping secularism of post Christian EU as cowardly tolerance persecutes Christ-centered ministries disguised as pluralism. |

For example, French authorities have declared that cell phone ownership is a basic human right. Despite the success of Teen Challenge based on change initiated by radical drug-free Spiritual intervention they insist that students be permitted to smoke and make phones calls at Teen Challenge. In the EU it is illegal to provide care for a known drug addict, even in your own home. In Europe, Godly leaders continue to hold the line for righteousness and Christ- Centered Biblical Restoration ministry. |

Easter Sunday.

With over 1,000 in attendance, it was a tremendous celebration of the blessing of God. I also visited Brooklyn Teen Challenge where I sang and was blessed as Dave Batty ministered the word. |

I joined District Superintendent Steve Schaible and Executive Director of South Dakota TC Mike Gilmartin for ministry at the South Dakota District Council with the SD Teen Challenge Choir. God visited us in an exciting way and I had the opportunity to minister a word on regaining the cutting edge to the Pastors. God moved powerfully. |

I was disappointed that only 23 people clicked to see this 30 sec video on the left. So many ask, "What keeps you and Cathy at the Front Lines?" It is men like this who we managed to capture in this candid video... Monday night he cried out to God, "I've lost everything. Who can help me? How can I stop?" Tuesday we met him in the fish market in the early morning hours. TC was there, the answer to his prayer. click video |

We are encountering spiritual resistance as we move closer to the MAURITIUS, the LIFE EXPERIENCE. Please join us in prayer for this time of ministry. Even though the CIA fact sheet describes Mauritius as an Island paradise ... paradise is burning. The young generation is being drawn into drugs, alcohol, sex and all sorts of bondage. Mauritius is ranked number 2 in the world in heroin addiction by the United Nations UNDOC. Cited with increasing human rights violations for failure to provide treatment for those trapped by addiction, this Hindu nation is looking for answers. TC is offering the proven cure, real answers through Jesus Christ.

This French-speaking Hindu Island located 2,000 km off East Africa, southwest of the Indian Ocean has a diverse, splintered, and militant religious population, (Hindu 48%, Roman Catholic 23.6%, Muslim 16.6%, other Christian 8.6%).

FOR APRIL |
1) Please pray for Cathy --Her April 20 Surgery was postponed. She will go in for the operation when I return from Prague May 29. She has a 3 inch Cyst on her left ovary and we are praying for the Lord to either remove it or anoint the doctor surgically. Following her hysteroscopy we are believing for a normal biopsies on the fibroids they will examine.
2) Pray for the ministry in MAURITIUS- in May as we host the crusade and street rallies in the six major drug areas and a climaxing in the nation's capitol. (see detail above). MAURITIUS is a fertile field and I believe God is going to shake that island by HIS power and from there I see the wave rolling like a tsunami of love and grace to Seychelles and then Reunion Island. Hallelujah!
3) Pray for Annie Martin who returns to Kenya this week following her recovery from her Cancer Surgery. Pray for preparations for the August Jimmy Jack Crusade and Rock the Block Evangelistic Services in Nairobi, Kenya and Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. Pray for arrangements with Dr. Ron Kenoly to join the missionary team as we partner with Kenya Teen Challenge and the TAG to launch a new TC in Dar Es Salaam. We are close to making an announcement. We need to lock in the contracts IN WRITING for Kamukunji Grounds and Jangwani for the ministry times as well as locating sound systems capable of covering 50 to 75,000 people.
4) Pray for workers for the Harvest ...Teen Challenge Centers in 86 countries need staff and we currently have invitations to start Teen Challenge in 43 nations. They are crying out for help. They need the power of God to meet a pressing social need... but we know it has a SPIRITUAL ROOT.
We offer SPIRITUAL RESOURCES to meet the need.

She treated Olga horribly and openly persecuted her for five years in front of staff and students. Ironically, this woman thought that she was serving God by using witchcraft and told everyone that Olga was a part of a group which worships satan. However, Olga continued to pray for her salvation and to pray in the authority of Jesus' name against the demonic spirits in this woman.
One month ago this woman became deathly sick, and Olga brought flowers to her and asked if she could pray for her. The woman broke down crying and said yes. Afterward she told Olga that it was the first time she had slept all night in many years. Olga began to explain God's love for her and His power to change her. After many discussions with Olga about the Lord, the woman prayed for salvation and asked our church to continue to pray for her.
We'd like to encourage you to never stop praying for your unsaved loved ones and for those who seem impossible to come to the Lord. ALL things are possible with God! Christ has risen! The same power that raised Jesus from the dead is still transforming lives today, over 2,000 years later. To God be all the glory - for great things He has done and continues to do!
